Ultra-TCS can trace its roots back to the Canadian Marconi Company when it started supplying tactical radio relay equipment to the US Army in the 1960's. The communications Division of Canadian Marconi was sold to CMC Electronics and then to Ultra Electronics in 2002. |

| Current Programs |
| Ultra - TCS is the prime contractor for the provision of upgraded AN/TRC-190 radio relay shelters for Increment 1 and 1a of the WIN-T program. The AN/TRC-190 provides the terrestrial high capacity communications for the WIN-T program. Under this program Ultra –TCS is responsible for the upgrade of the shelter to include the provision of the AN/GRC-245A radio and the subsequent fielding and training on the system. |
